Message	This person can be criminally charged if found to be scamming people online. It is a federal offense and considered mail fraud, among other illegal offenses. I have been successful at having a person prosecuted for such actions. Those who have been scammed can contact the Ohio State Attorney General's office and they will direct you to the people who will investigate the culprit. Give the Attorney General's office all information, including his mother's home address or anything that will help them stop his stealing from people. Good Luck!
